My Take - Other-Wordly

I always believe that books choose the reader at a pre-destined time. I have stumbled across many books, or should I say, I have been unexpectedly chosen by many such books about which I had no prior idea, which in fact I never intended to read, but nevertheless I ended up loving.

Up until an hour ago I had no idea about the existence of Other-Wordly, I found it or was chosen by it quite unexpectedly. I was searching for some other book which also has the words, ‘other’ and ‘word’ in its title, and thus I was suggested Other-Wordly by the AI for the similarity of the search words used by me. I was intrigued by its cover and decided to give Other-Wordly a try, and consequently I abandoned my search for the originally intended book. Hence, it was on a whim that I started reading Other-Wordly and I am extremely glad that I did so. I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I say that in the span of reading the book, I was totally immersed in the world of its enchanting illustrations. I love illustrations and beautiful words, especially those that express abstract feelings, in fact I consider myself as a collector of beautiful and strange words. And since Other-Wordly combined both, illustrations and beautiful and strange words, I was destined to love this cute, little book. I was absolutely mesmerized by the enchanting drawings, and reading the beautiful, foreign words elicited in me a fuzzy, warm feeling (perhaps there is a word for such feeling but unfortunately it is unknown to me). I feel like holding this book close to my heart and never ever parting with it. Or perhaps live inside the enchanting world of its illustrations.

Since I absolutely adore this book, ratings are irrelevant, but if I were to rate this book I will always rate it with the highest number possible in any given rating scale. Hence, in this case it is 5 sparkling ⭐
